You agree to use this website responsibly and only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with its security, copy materials without permission, or use it in any way that could damage the site or its visitors.

3. Products and Handmade Nature

All works are handmade and unique. Variations in size, form, or glaze are part of the nature of studio pottery and should be expected. Photographs are taken to represent each piece as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.

4. Orders, Payment, and Shipping

All online payments are processed securely through third-party providers (such as Squarespace Payments or PayPal). I do not store or have access to your credit card details.
Orders are processed in the order received. You’ll be notified once your piece has shipped. Ownership of goods passes to you upon confirmed delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

I want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receipt at cath@cathsmith.com with photos of the damage. Refunds or exchanges are handled case by case in accordance with the Refund Policy linked on this site.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, and text on this website are the intellectual property of Cath Smith and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
